Annual and Standard inspections Include:

Roofing, Flashing, Gutters, Foundation, Attic, Crawl Space, Exterior, Interior, Windows, Ventilation, Insulation Fireplace, Cooling, Heating, Plumbing, Electrical, Walkways & Driveways, Safety Issues & Much More.

Other Services:

Can be booked by themselves or can be added on to additional services.

Booking & Payment:

A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

The card on file will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or failure to provide access, in accordance with our cancellation policy (including the $70 fee).

Payment for inspection services is not charged at the time of booking.

After the inspection is completed, the Client will receive an invoice via email.

Payment is due within 24 hours of recieving invoice.

Once the invoice is paid in full, the Client will receive an email copy of their inspection report(s).

We reserve the right to withhold delivery of reports until payment is received.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or check.
